Frequently Asked Questions

Gorgeous Smile Made by Cosmetic Dentist

We realize there are hundreds of options when choosing an Oklahoma City dentist. However, Dr. Saxon and the team at Saxon Dentistry are unlike any other dental office in the OKC area or even in the country! All new and existing patients receive way more chair time with Dr. Saxon than most offices will provide. We take the time to get to know all new and existing patients, including concerns and objectives for optimal oral health. It is then that we can layout the best ongoing treatment plan to fit each patient individually.

Our office is willing to work with any insurance company, and we are a Delta Dental Network Provider. This means that we'll be happy to file your insurance for you, and will accept payment from them as well. Of course, we ask that patients understand up front the limitations of their own coverage, and take responsibility for their portion of the bill not covered by insurance. In any case, we're well-versed in the latest coverage trends, and are more than happy to discuss the particulars of your plan with you prior to any treatments you may undergo.

We understand that many people have had bad experiences with previous dental offices. Dr. Saxon and the team strives to create a comfortable & relaxing environment. We have headphones and DVD movies available to help keep your mind off of treatment. For more complex procedures or more anxious patients we also offer nitrous, local anesthesia, or oral sedation as options to help you relax.

The 3621 N.W. 63rd Street building is a healthcare office primarily occupied by dental professionals, periodontists and orthodontists. The Saxon Dentistry office is located in Suite E of the building. We are just around the corner from Ignite Medical Resort at the corner of N. Portland Ave. and N.W. 63rd St. If traveling on the Northwest Expressway, go north on N. Portland Ave. and then take a right to head east on NW 63rd.

There should be 10 stars, because that's how many I would give Dr. Saxon and his fantastic staff!!I'll try not to write a book here, but I have to tell the whole story about my experience with Dr. Saxon.I had a very bad cavity and a broken tooth right next to it. Of course, I was the ONE patient who was very hard to get numb. I have a condition that causes that problem, so we both agreed not to proceed, a decision that I totally agreed with!!!!🦷😮‍💨😂......I went home and to be honest, I was disappointed and tired of Anbesol and Orajel!!!🙄🤤I have told you all that to say this.....Dr. Saxon called me and said to come back. He took an entirely different approach and it worked great!! He took such care in making sure I was numb, asking every minute or so to make sure I wasn't hurting, NO PAIN AT ALL!!! They made sure I was comfortable the whole time. After all that, Dr. Saxon called me later that evening to check on me!! I was so impressed with the whole thing.I can't say enough about how fantastic he and his staff are. If you are in need of a dentist, make sure to go to Dr. Saxon, and you can see for yourself🫵......😏🦷🤤P.S.Dr. Saxon gave me his cell number in case I had any problems overnight!!!! When's the last time any dentist or doctor did that for you?? 🫡 I don't need this little kit anymore!!!😁

I’m so impressed with Dr. Saxon and his staff. He excels in this, his chosen profession, and the challenges it brings. I was/am one of those nasty challenges and I am profoundly grateful to have him. After a lifetime of unfortunate experiences with dentistry I KNOW I have found someone willing to accept the amount of difficulty I present with and is fervent about getting the job done right and also pleasing me as well. I think he can handle anything in restoration work and patiently explain the process and follow through with his promise. He and his staff are awesome!!!
